All of my experiences at Flipdaddy have been fabulous. Customer service is above and beyond
They have my favorite, Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale on tap, plus tons of other beer selections. Everything on their Menu is good. I personally like the Burgers, Wings, and French Dip with Au Jus.
Waited over an hour and a half for our food with a little toddler in tow. Got there at 7 and didn’t leave until after 9pm. Absolutely terrible service. 2 tables around us complained and were given some money off bill. Heard the manager say “they just cleaned house and got a new staff”. We didn’t complain, but we should have because when we got our bill- no discount. Used to love this place. Will never go back after that train wreck.
