We bought our house in 2007 knowing it had the flip gutter system. Here we are 18 years later; my gutters system works like a charm. It literally takes me less than 2 minutes to clean all of my gutters. No ladders, no mess, and most importantly SAFEETY with this system is the best feature. I cannot say enough good things about FlipClean gutters. They have been on our house for almost 40 years and they still work like a charm, even on the third story in the back of the house. After the tornado in Bon Air a few years ago they were very quick to respond and make the necessary replacements. They even threw in a new and improved flip pole! We have had these gutters installed on our last 2 houses, the first one purchased in 1999 and our present one purchased in 2010. The first one had one problem with a full-length second-story gutter that strong winds would occasionally flip. They promptly fixed that with a clip system they had already invented. Otherwise they are still working flawlessly on that house. All has been seamless (pun intended) on the second house. And oh, by the way, several neighbors houses have ended up with them, too.
