I have been seeing Melissa for a couple of months now and she is great. She dives deep into the conversation. How you're feeling what's working what's not. She guides you and helps to keep you focused on the present and future. Works on helping you to move on from your past. She offers many techniques to cope with depression and anxiety. My fiance and I have been going to couples counseling at Flipakey mental health services for a few months now and Melissa has been extremely helpful. We have been given the tools, guidance and resources needed to help us grow individually as well as to help our relationship grow and flourish. The doggie is definitely an Adorable addition to each session.
I have been going to to therapy for sometime now and melissa has done a great job helping me with tools and knowledge on to help better my life for me and my children and has a great variety of skills to do so and treats you with respect and also makes you laugh when you need it shes a great therapist and still continue looking forward to working with her
