Went in for a quick trim based on other people’s recommendations to go to Flipside. I waited 20 minutes and no one came to the front desk, no answer to phone calls, even though it was clear everything was open and on. When Tracy finally showed up, she laughed in my face, flipped her appointment book toward me, and said it’s a two week wait.
