Wanted to review our customer service experience. We've owned a Flip Out Window for 3 years now and it's been great to us. A month ago, we noticed that there was a seal starting to come loose. The window was still functional and no water was getting through. We notified Flip Out and they came out within 48 hours to replace the seals without charge. The team disassembled the window and took the extra time to replace all of the seals. Exceptional customer service.
From the beginning they were very professional and followed through with delivering the product on schedule, the sad is that the window was assembled with bent parts or just not put together with care, I called flip out windows and requested that they send some parts so I could repair it myself seeing as I am located in Florida, I figured that was the easiest way. We have been in our new home for over 2 years and still love our flip out window. It's the focal point of our home. They had no problems shipping it to us all the way to Oklahoma.
