Over the summer, we discovered a burst pipe in our downstairs office wall. Fred-Alex worked with our busy summer travel schedule and promptly repaired the pipe, the wall, and baseboards. We’ve recommended him to all our friends for their house project needs!
Fred-Alex is a perfectionist in a good way. He installed an outdoor TV on the side of my house which included electrical, concrete, siding, and precise measurement. My house kept throwing curveballs at Fred-Alex - such as the wall being concrete and hollow - and whereas others may have gone the quicker route or cut corners Fred-Alex took the time to engineer the best possible solution even if it meant waiting on specialty anchors. The results are incredible. I'll definitely use him again!
Flip House installed some window film on our windows as part of a new service installation. Service was timely, friendly and thorough.
