Spent all of 24s seconds on the phone with a woman (name starts with a J) and was given such a cold, unfriendly welcome. While explaining what I'm looking for she cuts me off and says "No trees." and then repeats it as if I couldn't understand, but i was just shocked at how short she was me, as if she has other things going on. Even if she did, it doesn't excuse inhospitable phone etiquette that will lose a company business since they're the first person they speak to. Drive 45mins because I absolutely loved my visit the first time here. Now that I'm here they have closed it to the public. 😐 waste of time and energy.
