Office manager is very rude! While at my last appt I voiced frustration over longer than normal wait times. I was in a room for an hour for a standard prescription refill. No bloodwork no nothing. When the nurse practitioner realized my frustration she ask the office manager to speak with me. I voiced my concerns with the office manager, all she had was excuses about short staffing blah blah.
