Flinstone Glass & Mirror has closed their business. One week before they announced their closing, they requested $800 deposit for our order. The next week they are closing their doors. No one answers the phone, no one returns messages left, the store is only open sporadically for order pick ups with "the owner will be back later and will call you" but never does. *** update*** My husband stopped by Flinstone Glass & Mirror and the lady was in the store. She refunded our deposit without any fuss.
Flintstone used to be great. What happened? Terrible customer service and unable to deliver on time. Avoid!
Terrible customer service. It took 8 months to get a simple 48x36 bathroom window order! Excuses galore when we kept calling to find out when they were coming...and to top it all off; they were late for the installation when it finally did come in. Do not recommend this company.
Everything went smoothly. I had a great experience.. yes I would go there again and recommend to others.....
