Went there for a cleaning but instead of cleaning my teeth, they told me that I needed a deep cleaning and qoute some outrageous amount. The insurance covers cleaning, but like all the dentist they refuse to clean the teeth without the extortion money. My teeth don't need deep cleaning. The dental industry needs to be revamped, it seems like they are greedy crooks. It's insurance fraud to not do what the insurance covers unless the patient pays for the upsale. Shame on them all. I am so grateful to have found Flintridge Dental Group. I had seen a dentist for 10 years prior who I thought was doing a good job. I needed to find a new dentist who was local but also did mercury free work. My first visit was so thorough and we discovered that my prior dentist had missed so many issues in my mouth. Luckily the DR got to work right away and was able to help with a tooth that had a very scary infection. I’m so glad I found her before it got any works.
