DO NOT take your pets to Flint Hills Veterinary Hospital, I have yet to have a good experience there. And the main two culprits are Kris (maybe Kristen?) and "Doctor" Ebert honestly, she shouldn’t even be considered a DVM. She has no sympathy for you and is money hungry!!! Dr Ebert needs to be investigated by the board. I have been sitting on leaving this review for weeks. But she is neglectful and degrades her staff and technicians. She verbally abuses them and I don’t know how they put up with it. Bless the souls of her staff. I also over heard the receptionist talking to a client about another clients animal.
Watched this team on a team trip to Wichita. They showed no respect to others enjoying the park and had an attitude with the parks workers. While out representing where you work this was heartbreaking to see. If they're not nice to people or kids, how are they treating our fur-babies
If the veterinary board can investigate this place, they should. Bullying for unessessary procedures. Taking advantage of pet owners when they are sad. I would never suggest you take a pet here. They only want to do everything possible for money. Tell you they are going to do this and they dont tell you price. Then they are like go pay, we can take it from here.
