Staff was very helpful with setting up boarding time and boarding my dog when he was dropped off. Upon pick up heard a staff member ask "Is this Toby" while finalizing out. After Toby came out, it was apparent he had a large amount of fecal matter built up around his anus and tail and when asked, staff said "oh I don't know." At the time I thought it was recent but when bathing him it took a lot of time to get it out of his fur (and he has short, shedding fur).
