Genuinely disappointed with this company and their customer service. We live in the Geary Estates apartments and had no other choice in electricity providers since evergy doesn’t service to us. We are two people in a small 2 bed apartment. We are both working and rarely home to even use electricity. We use an average of $80 a month in electricity. The company has a mandatory $20 charge every month that they add on top of that which was fine. But then there are 3 other charges not including sales tax that bring our total up t... read more
for the amount of money charged for electricity, way too many power outages! Maybe take money off of the bill when power goes out.
I don't understand how my bill is 200 every month without using heat or a/c, I'm in a 700 sqft house and they claim I'm using triple the kilowatt that my friends in Emporia are using and there homes are over 2000sqft. Biggest scam artists ever
