Flint hills rural Electric Cooperative is amazing when we have a storm they are always out trying to get our electric back on ASAP. The office staff is more than amazing to work with, when you call in they are willing to help you with whatever problems you might have. All employees with this company are great. Work hard.
I’ve been a Flint Hills Rural Electric customer for many years and couldn’t be happier with their service. Their billing is always clear, honest, and easy to understand—I especially appreciate their even payment plan, which helps keep things consistent throughout the year. When calling in bad weather they are always quick to get power back on as fast as possible. The customer service is top notch when calling in with problems, the ladies always solve them properly and they are super nice while helping. Keep up the amazing great work.
Genuinely disappointed with this company and their customer service. We live in the Geary Estates apartments and had no other choice in electricity providers since evergy doesn’t service to us. We are two people in a small 2 bed apartment. We are both working and rarely home to even use electricity. We use an average of $80 a month in electricity.
