Needed a part ordered. Was told probably this coming Wednesday. Quoted us $37. A week and a half after that we get called that it’s in. The company had lost the first part and overnighted the replacement. Flint charged us for the overnight shipping we didn’t ask for because the part got lost. $37 part that we got charged $80 for. It was a time sensitive job so we had no choice but to purchase.
