Jennifer leads a great Intro to Bungee Fitness class! I have never participated in any kind of fitness class but she made me feel comfortable, welcome and she was very patient. I’m very excited to go back!
Such a fun and unique experience! My girlfriends and I went to Fling Bungee Fitness to celebrate a birthday, and it was an absolute blast! The staff made us feel welcome right away and explained everything clearly so we felt comfortable and safe. The class itself was such a fun workout. Part cardio, part laughter therapy!
My 10 year old daughter and her friends had a BLAST doing Aerial Yoga together to celebrate her birthday!! Lots of giggles and the studio is top-notch! Thank you Fling for making her day extra special!
So so Fun!!! Amazing atmosphere! Great cardio and stretching and such a fun instructor. Us girls had a ball!!
What a fun way to work out. I wasn’t sure I would be able to keep up but, the instructor was so good at teaching us how to do each move, I think I did pretty good. I will definitely be back!
