Don't let the website photos fool you into staying here. Filthy. We cut our losses and went down the road to Adina apartments. Flinders street apartments 0 stars, Adina apartments 10 stars.
Extremely overpriced. Very rude disinterested staff. Room was ok, bit small.
Not so great stay. Apartment 707 cleanliness is questionable: had hair ties on the floor, dust on the side of the walls, specks of poos on the toilet brush (only if I can add the photos here, booking.com didn't include the photos I uploaded), different coloured hairs on the sofa, used flatsheet as a bedding, moulds on the bathroom, and lastly took 1 hour for the heater to work. The only good side of our stay was the manager, Darick allowed us to stay until 11am, and the location is a walking distance to ACMI and tram stop.
I had a wonderful stay at this apartment for one night! From the moment I arrived, I felt at home. The space was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. It had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved how quiet and peaceful the apartment was. The host Dennis was also very accommodating and made sure I had everything I needed. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back next time I’m in the area. Highly recommend!
Excellent have stayed there twice. Highly recommend it.
