Everything was great until I went to the bathroom, not clean at all. Leftover toothpaste from previous guest. Molde in shower splash marks on the outside of the toilet and cupboard. Microwave was pretty greasy and grimy. Definitely made the rest of the apartment gross. And when I tried to contact them about this, they won’t reply.

Had a little trouble getting into the building but once worked out everything is great.

Wouldn’t recommend staying here, cleanliness was quite bad, dust everywhere, mould in shower, the shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor, toilet brush was dirty and towel paper holder was broken, wasn’t allowed outside on our balcony, wasn’t allowed to use the stairs or shown where they were in case of an emergency, no reception so you had to text every time you arrived or needed to be let down to your car, no communication and very rude customer service, good location would be the only good part of this stay, do no... read more

The rooms are small and kinda run down. Not good quality for the price nor the location. No reception, have to call them to get someone sent down to let you in. They are not friendly, will lead you up to your room and let you in to look at it before handing you the key and disappearing. The key is a physical key so if you forget to lock your door at night, the door can be opened. Same goes for if you don't lock it behind you during the day. Don't let the website photos fool you into staying here. Filthy. We cut our losses and went down the road to Adina apartments. Flinders street apartments 0 stars, Adina apartments 10 stars.
