I liked my stay here at this apartment. Location is good. Communication with staff is fine. However apartment itself needs a refresh and update. Would come back again however for another stay as it is handy and close to public transport.
if it wasnt so easy to delete 1 star reviews, i wouldve said 1. First impressions, we are standing out the front with absolutely no idea how to get in, so we call and the guy says “i will send someone down to check you in”. so the guy comes down, and the check in process is essentially he walks you to your room (which he had to knock on the door incase someone was in there) the guy was completely uninterested, and wasnt friendly at all. already feeling a little sketchy considering the doors dont automatically lock so you hav... read more
Stayed here for 6 nights. The apartment size was amazing and very spacious, however it didn’t look exactly like the photos - a fresh coat of paint would really help give it that same polished look. Unfortunately, no housekeeping was done during our stay. When we asked, we were told it wouldn’t be possible due to the public holiday which was disappointing as it shouldn’t impact guests. Absolutely disgusting . $315 for a dirty apartment and hair all in the bed and shower . When told about this , no update made or any refund followed up . So much dust and the walls were so dirty
This place is very dirty and rundown which is a shame if it was clean it would actually be a nice place to stay at. All the walls are covered in marks, the toilet roll holder was broken and practically un usable as the paper would just keep falling off. There was black mould in the shower ceiling, range hood was broken, dirt and huge amounts of dust built up across skirting boards and balcony door was nearly impossible to open.
