Was so impressed with Dr Jacqueline Dukino. Went to her with stomach pain and she really investigated my pain. Sent me for ultrasound who then advised me strongly to have CT where I was diagnosed with complicated diverticulitis. Now in Ipswich Hospital getting treated. Thankyou to the doctor for being through.
I have used this practice for nearly 13 years & it has really really badly gone down hill. 1) an amazing amount of doctors working there yet you cant get an appointment for at minimum 9 days & lets face it a lot can change in 9 days. 2. Most (not all) of the doctors rush you in & rush you out, if you are charging us that exorbitant amount - DONT rush us. 3. The person answering your phones is so god damn arrogant- apparently i am not allowed to book a really important appt because i have a $45 no show fee (which i knew nothi... read more
