A big shout out to Catalina for her excellent Osteo treatment (and the always appropriate exercises she sets by way of reinforcement). Tegan’s therapeutic massages are THE BEST, and a great adjunct to any Osteo or Physio treatment that you are having. Flinders Health and Wellness Clinic is very highly recommended.
