Plenty of room for a great price. All things needed in the apartment and staff very accommodating.
Very affordable excellent location huge size rooms good views and excellent service … Personally didn’t find it noisy myself… We loved it and our new go to for Melbourne. Thanks again
The staff were friendly and the service was great. The lady helped with getting more affordable parking and even walked me down the street to show me where and how to park. We also got a free upgrade to the executive suite which was great. It is a very very old building so the rooms could use a freshen up but it is very clean and tidy and not in any way disappointing. We were all very very happy with this place. Lots of restaurants snd grocery stores within walking distance.
**Absolutely Not Worth the Money – Very Disappointing Stay** We stayed at Flinders Landing Apartments 8th of March 2024 overnight after a concert and honestly, I wish we had chosen anywhere else. The only positive was the friendly receptionist at check-in. Unfortunately, that’s where the good experience ended. We were put in a basement room — while the space looked okay and was reasonably clean at first glance, there was mould in the bathroom, which is unacceptable in any accommodation, let alone one charging these rates. STAY IF YOU LIKE COFFEE BC YALL NEED A LOT OF IT The location was great. The room was average, nothin special. It did have a big fan in the rooms which was helpful. Also noting how the shower + toilet leaking and the not so stable windows were constantly making noise. WIFI doesn’t work half the time and the coach pillow had an interesting stain.
