I would not recommend staying at this property. After a 15-hour drive to Melbourne, we checked into the apartment expecting a clean and comfortable place to rest, however the condition of the room was extremely disappointing. The sofa had a strong unpleasant smell and appeared dirty, the carpet smelt damp as though it had been wet for some time, and the air conditioner remote was not working. Perfect spot to stay but has no disabled access. Does not say anything on the website re lack of access. Most buildings with front entry stairs have a ramp access elsewhere. I was caught out and as non refundable, had no choice but for my daughter to lift mobility scooter in and out of the building. Apartments were huge to what I was expecting but although bedding, bathroom and kitchen were clean as in a basic clean for the next person, the apartment needs a good spring clean. Would you have liked to have given a better review, however after I booked a single nights accomodation and upon calling to request extra nights after my plans changed I was advised they could not accommodate me, they then told me they could not refund my one night stay because I have selected that in the booking. Not great customer service
