Location is fantastic and lady at check in was helpful and friendly. We booked via Booking.com and the photos looked great, but unfortunately that’s where it ended. Cleanliness was very disappointing. The couches made us itchy, and there was visible dust under the TV unit and on the fake flowers in the bathroom — it was clear the place hadn’t been properly cleaned. Fantastic experience all round.
On the first floor, woken up at 4.20 by refuse truck.
Great location right beside the famous hosier lane but the room itself was very dated and cleanliness not up to scratch at all. Went to use washing machine and it had filthy amounts of dust between wall and machine, along with a pair of somebody’s undies! Obviously never gets cleaned. Window sills not cleaned. Couches dirty with obvious marks and stains. Elevator was abit scary and creaky. Only thing I liked was the service.
Its a little run down, TV in the room didnt work, but the location and the staff are fantastic. Id still stay again, its just in need of an update.
