My wife went into this business late last year to obtain a quote for electrical work. Whilst in the waiting area, a dog appeared from a separate room and then jumped and bit her on the arm drawing blood. The staff member that spoke with my wife offered no apology or first aid. There was no apology from the business until AFTER we had filed a complaint with the local Council. They were informed not to have that dog on the premises again.
