One of the techs, Brian, was hanging out in my living room and ate play-doh. This doesn’t speak for the entire company, but it’s concerning.
Absolutely/objectively the worst, most horrific training experience possible (for a LARGE # of different reasons), compounded with an apparent lack of caring or follow-up. Every single one of us was astounded and disgusted with this entire experience. I have completed many dozens of FSI training events over 26 years, but this was by far the worst experience & will NEVER come back here. Other programs might be okay, but DO NOT ATTEND CL35 training here.
