I liked the fact that FH was able to get decent pricing for my flight from Toronto to Chiang Mai. However, this next part is where they lose their top score. I am 6'4", so I opted to pay more for both the flight and connecting flight to be economy plus. This was false advertising from FH as the CF was changed to HK Express which tured out to be nothing but the basic economy seating.
