Extremely poor and non-transparent service. I recently cancelled my flight, only to find out that my seat selection fees were completely withheld. FlightHub failed to clearly disclose anywhere during the booking or cancellation process that seat selection fees are non-refundable. Since the flight was cancelled and the service was never rendered, there is absolutely no justification for keeping this money. I demand a full refund of my seat selection fees immediately.
How is this a legitimate business? They buy the tickets from the airline online usually through the airline website. They make it seem like they are a partner with that airline which they are not. They give you a price then add on all these fees which are not discussed. They booked my family’s flight without luggage. Who goes on vacation without luggage? There were fees for everything. Easily the worst customer service on the planet. Disconnected the call after 2.5 hours waiting and me telling them not to disconnect. They «don’t call back» if that happens
