We booked 2 tickets through Flight Hub. One with luggage. On our side, luggage was shown with the ticket. After reaching airport, Airline stuff showed no luggage was booked. We paid cad 504 for one luggage. Flight Hub didn’t help at all.
I cancelled within 24rs and they slap you with fees. So you do not get a full refund as they falsely advertise. I made a purchase for 541.91 and they shorted me by nearly 177.00. They charge 50 per ticket to cancel and they do not refund flight protection. I said let me discuss with the other person traveling to see if I should just keep the tickets.
