Amazing studio, Amazing instructor’s, Amazing clients! Everyone is kind, welcoming and supportive. So happy to of found FlightFORM 2 1/2 years ago.
Such a welcoming and comfortable studio! Lagree was recommended to me by my PT and I was nervous to start. As someone with EDS I often struggle with certain exercises, especially ones involving lunges or a lot of wrist stability. The teachers here are incredibly knowledgeable and able to recommend modifications for anything and everything, and always do it happily & without judgment. Love this studio so much!!
Fun studio with friendly instructors! Diana and the rest of the staff create an environment that invites a sense of community while getting a great workout!
Been going here since they opened, every work out is tough, but they do a great job and the classes are worth it!
Absolutely love lagree at this studio! They have a variety of class hours and themed nights!
