Very nice, knowledgeable, and encouraging instructors. Great workout with refreshing towels handed out at the end of class. Such a nice thing after a challenging workout! They also let you pause your membership once per calendar year which is convenient. I would highly recommend.

I started taking Lagree classes here a few months ago and it’s been wonderful from day one! There is a bit of a learning curve to Lagree, but all of the instructors are so encouraging and helpful. They provide corrections in a way that is positive and non-judgmental. Within only a few classes I was greeted by name whenever I came into the studio and have loved classes becoming a part of my weekly routine. FlightFORM is my favorite place to go and hang out! The studio has an amazing vibe that contributes to wanting to return. The instructors have an energy that is contagious! They believe in you, so you believe in yourself. If you need relaxation, the aerial yoga is the best. I have only attended class with Diana and Jory, but they are awesome at what they do and you can tell they LOVE what they do. They both work hard for their clients. Poor customer service. Canceled on me twice,every time I did received an email even tho I specifically opted out of that feature since I don't check them often.And for the third time of me trying to spend my $30 a class I accidentally canceled appointment,immediately reached out just to talk to AI bot.Figured that be no help,so I emailed with a hope to reschedule a class.Agent responded 10 minutes before class beginning saying that I still can attend it even tho I canceled....Place looks nice,but due to such a poor treatment... read more

I’ve been coming here since about October of last year. As a massage therapist, I value workouts that are all things functional, strength, and mobility. And that’s what Lagree is. As a human being, I love the group aspect, the kindness of the staff, and how knowledgeable and seriously the staff take their roles.
