Formerly Aerial Fitness NW in Camas, we are excited to rebrand & relocate to Downtown Vancouver! FlightFORM is a boutique fitness studio that offers both AntiGravity Aerial Yoga & Fitness + Lagree Fitness all under one roof. We offer small group classes to accommodate each individual, as well as private sessions & parties. Whether you’re looking to try a beginner-level class or you are an athlete, we have options for you!

If you are looking for something to level yourself up in every way possible, look no further! Lagree has been one of the most incredible workouts I've ever done. The results are REAL mentally and physically. This is also not one of those studios full of snobby people. EVERYONE is wonderful and you will feel so welcome. By the instructors and other participants. Can't recommend this studio enough. Come join the fun!
This place is amazing! The owner, Diana, really cares about making the studio the best it can be, and you can tell in every single one of the classes. I've taken yoga and pilates before, but I think this is the best fitness place in the area. I love taking lagree and aerial yoga here. Highly recommend 🙂
There are not enough words to express how much I love this studio!!! Every instructor is so fantastic and supportive and knowledgeable. I have struggled with feeling out of place at other studios but from Day 1, Flightform was beyond welcoming and encouraging, I knew it was the place for me!! The instructors genuinely care about you and your progress. I highly recommend this studio for all classes of any range of intensity <3
I love being a part of the community at FlightForm Fitness. The instructors are amazing and truly care about every class member. I can’t imagine a better place to spend my time. Plus the classes are fun!
