I started taking class at FlightForm at the beginning of the year and I’ve loved it! The Lagree classes have been a game changer for strength and mobility, and the aerial classes have brought a joy back into my life that has been missing. Plus the team is great!
My favorite fitness studio! I started coming here 8 months ago completely new to lagree and now I’m obsessed. I always get in a full body workout and have fun doing it. The instructors are so amazing and helpful. Absolutely love this place!
