Sent my charger in to be repaired off my jlg t350. They said it needed to be rebuilt. I had them repair it and when received installed the charger. Unit was stored and when needed plugged in and charged the lift batteries. The second time charged the batteries fine. But when the lift was plugged in the third time would not charge the batteries. Look through the reviews and see over and over people everyone is having the same issue. Their product do not last. Fsip has been nothing but issues and money loss for my company for over 10 years. Their in house products do not last star controllers fail just past warranty EVERYTIME. Their rebuild service is horrible. I’ve sent them a a/c controller the sent back not working after charging me $550. They rebuilt a gold cart controller for me. Very quick turnaround and knowledgeable staff. Provided helpful troubleshooting documentation.
Reman shop is not dependable and company is unwilling to stand behind products. They make you reship THEIR warranty problems.
