Completely waste of time. Wayy more complicated processes than it needs to be.. Has to be hurting for money....because I dont know anyone that uses them anymore.. Sales reps hangs up on you. Just nope never again
If was kind of a mixed bag dealing with FSIP. On my initial phone call the rep was nice, informative and explained the process of getting a controller sent in for repair. He gathered my information and sent me the quote via email. A few days pass and I had not seen it yet, called back another rep, gave her my email TWICE and still didn't get the quote. I got a rebuilt ECM for a forklift, works great from the time I called them till I received it was probably 3 or 4 days. no issues here at this time
Sent my charger in to be repaired off my jlg t350. They said it needed to be rebuilt. I had them repair it and when received installed the charger. Unit was stored and when needed plugged in and charged the lift batteries. The second time charged the batteries fine. But when the lift was plugged in the third time would not charge the batteries. Flight system would not help in any way wanted me to pay again. I called them several times but it took a week for a call back. Very sad customer care I spent good money on repair for... read more
