Once they help you to determine your problem they'll send a part at a reasonable price with super fast shipping. Returns are no problem either... I highly recommend these people if you're having trouble with your generator!!!

This is an awesome company! It started with great customer service upon my initial inquiry about repairing an inverter from my Onan generator. I sent the unit in and they had it diagnosed, repaired, and back to me in 2 weeks! I got it installed and the generator runs great. I also get a 1 year warranty should something go wrong.
