Products look great, just what we want. BUT, a week after our email, no reply. We found someone else.
I like their products and have purchased a lot of them, but I had a bad experience with their customer service on a Metal DJI Osmo Action Safe Case with Prop Filter that I bought from them for $96.44. The case is good quality but doesn't fit my new DJI Osmo Action Camera as advertised on the Flightflix website. The camera body is slightly too thick for the sliding back door frame to work. I emailed Flightflix twice asking for them to either send me the correct case or refund my money if the case they provided doesn't work. N... read more

products are nothing short of incredible but what sets this company apart from the rest is the customer service and willingness to spend the time needed with their customers to get them into the right setup. highly, highly recommended.
