Suling has been incredibly helpful our whole trip. she was always available via email, with any questions we had and helped with organising extra luggage for all of our flights, which was all done last minute. Would definitely use them again.

FJの素晴らしい提案力、本当に感動です！ 今までネット上で買う航空券が1番安いと思っていましたが、その常識を覆されました！！(￣O￣;) 乗り継ぎの際のホテルも、Googlemapで調べてくれて、本当にありがとう！ 初めから、フライトセンターにこればよかった( ^ω^ ) ボーナスポイント！！！FJは日本語を少し話します！とても楽しかったです！ヽ(*＾ω＾*)ﾉ FJ以外のスタッフとも少し話しましたが、ここのスタッフはチームワークがよく、レベルが高いです！ 最高です！ありがとう！！
Absolutely the worst! Fu-Jui Hsueh is the most uninformed travel agent. When I called flight centre to provide feedback. He had conveniently forgot that I wanted to upgrade with Qantas points. I highly recommend booking direct with the airline, much easier than dealing with an agent who can’t do their job.
