What began as booking a holiday somehow evolved into months of quotes, emails, phone calls and repeat visits as my wife repeatedly changed her mind about virtually everything. Dates. Destinations. I visited Flight Centre Zetland with a visa enquiry, even though I wasn’t booking travel. Carl went above and beyond to help me and took the time to answer my questions with kindness and professionalism. Really appreciated the genuine support and excellent customer service.
Suling has been incredibly helpful our whole trip. she was always available via email, with any questions we had and helped with organising extra luggage for all of our flights, which was all done last minute. Would definitely use them again.
