Sally Ann was amazing! We booked a trip to Japan through her, and she arranged absolutely everything in a calm and helpful way. I am really grateful to have not have had the mental load of organising it myself. AND the trip was cheaper than the one a friend had organised herself, and ours had more included! I'll definitely be going to Sally again. I could not recommend her more.
