Melanie has been absolutely wonderful to deal with! She is warm, professional, and incredibly supportive — always going the extra mile to make sure everything is organised and stress-free. Even when she was unwell, she still checked in and made sure we had everything we needed for our trip. Her communication is clear, timely, and thoughtful. Truly 5-star service — highly recommend!
I just want to book a cruise here , and the lady was so rude , Guys don’t come here to book your Beautifulll journey, because that lady will ruin your day, and she doesn’t know how to talk with the customer. 1 star for them worst service ever i had in australia so far.
Liam Lavery has planned trips for us on several occasions. He gives expert advice and is always on the look out for good deals. We never feel rushed when we meet with him, and he always is comprehensive in advising “extras” like car rentals, particular motels, etc. Highly recommended.
I understand that ive come to inquire 15mins before closing time with two kids in hand But at least say hi to your customer after theyve talked to you earlier and have the guts to at least say come back again or book it for tomorrow because we are closing soon. Instead of beimg hand balled.
