Went to flight centre in a Saturday and there where two staff members working I waited ten or so minutes as the sign indicated to do , the lady finished with her client and then approached me and proceeded to ask me if I had an appointment which I said no I didn’t know I needed one and she said yes on Saturdays you need an appointment or you can wait another ten to fifteen minutes and someone may be available.
