We had complex return flights to the UK and returning via Thailand which Monique Troccoli did a great job taking care of for us. Unfortunately during our trip, we suffered a family bereavement which resulted in us having to make multiple changes to our flights at the last minute. Monique managed this for us very quickly and for minimal additional fees.
Booking my travel itinerary with Emily was a breeze. Her insights to the tour company I chose and her knowledge of the areas I wanted to visit was very helpful. Emily was a pleasure to deal with and I can't recommend her services too highly. Being a solo traveller I felt very safe knowing everything I needed was covered. Karen :)
