We dealt with Amy at Flight Centre Toronto and were quite disappointed with her customer service. We travelled to Broome to see the Horizontal Falls, a bucket list for us. We sat with Amy to organise everything and were quite excited. Amy was excited about her own upcoming trip, fair. Afterwards, Amy said she would call us to arrange ticket/paperwork pickup 2 weeks before we go and when she returns from her own trip. My hubby and I wanted to go to the Philipines, so we popped into Toronto Flight Centre and spoke to Josie. Josie was so very helpful with helping us plan a comfy little trip for us.
