We have always had great service at The Pines, and today was no exception. We didn’t have all the paper copies of our forthcoming trip and panicked. We rang and Emily answered, she was fantastic and quickly allayed our fears and followed up by sending the paper work. Another example of the pleasant people at The Pines and their high standard of work.
