Have been dealing with Daisy L at the Bourke st site for a few years and always provide great service! In particular he great service and care was shown when Emirates changed my flight back to Aus which increased my layover to 6.5hrs, she escalated this with mgt at Emirates and was able to change my flight at no cost and reduce my layover to 2hrs. Thanks so much Daisy and would highly recommend her and the team services!
I have received exceptional service from Daisy at the Bourke Street Fight Centre. She has assisted me and my family in booking 3 recent holidays, 2 overseas and an interstate holiday. She was attentive to our needs and always addressed any concerns and changes we needed without any issue. I would highly recommend using this flight Centre if you want to book a holiday. I found the staff to be extremely helpful and professional especially when my original tour was cancelled and I had to change. Nick was amazing during the whole process, definitely recommend this FlightCentre office as the place to book your next holiday
