When my wife recently took ill in Passau Germany requiring 8 days in hospital there, navigating my way through the system was very difficult. I have to say a huge thank you to Dan Hills (Southland) who took on sorting out new travel and accommodation arrangements for my wife and I. We were on an APT Danube river cruise, Dan arranged new travel plans from Passau to Amsterdam and accommodation along the way and re-booking flights back to Perth. Dan you're a legend we'd been lost without your assistance, thank you.
