Scott Bevan provided absolutely outstanding service in helping us get back to Australia with our assistance cats under very challenging circumstances. He went above and beyond, working tirelessly with multiple airlines and advocating on our behalf when most would not recognise our cats’ accreditation. My partner and I are waiting on a refund back from a trip that regretfully we couldnt continue with due to sudden changes in the flight times and days (we weren’t notified of this) - we were told the refund would take up to 12 weeks- thats now passed- my partner followed up and were told it would be in the account Friday, Saturday or Monday this week… we’re still waiting
These guys try to sell you tickets at a higher price then listen online and try to sneakily add on extras that you don’t require so they be a get a bigger commission. They seem to pray on a clientele that is primarily elderly people that don’t know how to book online. Would not trust. The consumer watchdog should even inspect this store.
