As much as I have heard positive reviews about Flight Centre I have to say I was extremely disappointed for my daughter when she used this office to travel for 6 weeks in Ireland and Germany At one point I had to call Sian, who the trip was booked through, and I found her to be extremely rude and condescending in her response to my worries for my daughter and her friends ….. I wouldn’t say don’t use Flight Centre but I do recommend to not book anything through Sian
The staff were great to deal with, communication was excellent and we were kept up to date with the planning of our trip. The whole process from start to finish was very professional with no hiccups which made our holiday to Egypt very enjoyable.
For many years, I have used the fabulous service provided by the staff at FlightCentre. A special acknowledgement goes to Craig Henderson at the Smithfield branch! I travel with confidence knowing that every detail, of all bookings, has been covered. Thanks Craig and Flight Centre!!
Craig Henderson coordinated our European holiday effortlessly. This was no easy task as two separate trips had to be aligned with various internal flights and train journeys. At all times I felt confident that Craig would alert us to any changes of flight details/ train schedules during the 6 weeks. I would highly recommend Craig and confidently use his expertise for all future travel.
I cannot speak highly enough of Andrew he truely looked after us from day 1 to the day before we flew out for our holiday, he went beyond the call of duty and truely made us feel comfortable in our choice of trip and assisted us with our visas and all the extras.
