I have had a pleasant experience with Hope from Flight centre Shepparton. I'm located in Brisbane and her communication was never an issue! I appreciated her time and recommendations for our trip to Fiji. I will definitely be contacting her again in future! :)
I'm very happy with the service of Flight Centre, especially Hope. She organised our flight to Hong Kong. We flew for a competition (and came back winners) for wheelchair rugby. Hope ensured our travel plans were not disrupted flying there and returning. We flew wih our sports wheelchairs.
Hope was absolutely fantastic to deal with when booking our honey moon/ baby moon. She was so accomodating, and made things super easy. I will definitely be using hope again. The holiday was great, location was fantastic, flights and everything were made very easy. And even the activities hope booked were excellent for our 4 year old and ourselves to enjoy.
Our overseas trip to New Zealand was fantastic, thanks to Jodie’s expertise and attention to detail. She organised everything we needed, offered great suggestions on what to visit, and shared her own travel tips with us. Her follow-up was excellent, and we felt absolutely confident we’d made the right choice going through Flight Centre. At first, service was pretty good. But they booked me a flight to the wrong airport, adding 5 hours onto my journey. Their solution was to reimburse me $18 for a bus ticket. After emailing the receipt they tell me it will be 11 days before the refund is processed.
