Pretty average experience. Seriously deficient advice - booked car hire, arrived at airport in Europe to find that there was no such company as they put in my trip details. Also they failed to advise that a credit card would be required for our car pick up. Haven’t had one of those for years. Took 2 hours to persuade them to hand over car - bad after 28 hours of travel. Emailed Samford Flight centre and asked that they confirm with car hire company in next country that the above wouldn’t happen. FC said no issues then exact ... read more
Fantastic service from River at the Samford store.. he didn’t make it difficult with any unnecessary add-ons. Knowledge was apparent when required due to me having to travel for bereavement circumstances. Thanks River….

Just recently booked a trip with Flight Centre Travel Agency in Samford. I really adore River. He was on top of things from the Get Go. He has the best phone manners that I’ve ever heard. So wonderfully polite and funny. I visited him several times with my travel issues. He always had a lovely smile on his face and was always very intentive and extremely patient.
