Walked in to Salamander Bay flight cente to ask some general information about a Holiday to Thailand for our wedding anniversary. The young lady which I spoke to was less than helpful. After telling her we'd never been before and wanted advice on a place to go, she laid back in chair shrugged her shoulders and said "I dunno" -- what do you mean you dont know you're the travel agent, and her dismissive attitude was discraceful, how the heck are you guys still in business with this level of customer service

We booked our trip with Natalie when she was in the Mackay store she was very helpful throughout the whole process. We booked, flights, accommodation, cruise, transfers & tours. Our trip didn’t go to plan due to a medical emergency in Honolulu and couldn’t join the cruise. Natalie was very helpful throughout the whole process of cancelling the cruise and existing flights and arranging new flights & accommodation. I highly recommend Suzanna from flight centre at Salamander Bay she booked our family holiday to Fiji. Everything was amazing from accommodation at the airport transfers at both Sydney and Nadi the accommodation at the yaunnuca was fantastic and family friendly with lots to do like horse riding golf putt put aqua activities.Thanks Suzanna we will see you next time when we book our next holiday
