Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with Flight Centre Runaway Bay. After Emirates changed my itinerary and extended my layover, I simply needed assistance arranging the complimentary hotel accommodation I was entitled to. My travel plan was very simple, a return trip to visit Hanoi from Brisbane with Singapore Airlines. Booking directly with Singapore Airlines saved me $346.00. Their quote for travel insurance was very high as well. Found a much better deal online. If your travel plans are straightforward, save money and do it yourself. More money to spend on your trip. Was surprised at the difference in prices.

We unfortunately couldn’t recommend Flight Centre Runaway Bay. Too many mistakes, complete lack of communication from Daniel sometimes waiting for two weeks to hear back from him. Trip needed to be cancelled due to a broken leg and even the insurance company (flight centres own) did not get responses from him. Thanks to Bree we got what we needed within minutes and wish we had dealt with her from the beginning.

My husband and I travelled to Europe in May, June & July 2025 for 87 days (visiting 9 countries). Bree was FANTASTIC! I was most nervous about transport choices in Switzerland, but Bree researched this so extensively that she offered better options than those proposed by Swiss travel information offices. We made significant savings with Bree's assistance. Highly recommend her. She was also very helpful with insurance claims due to train strikes and rental car damage.

River Hart from Runaway Bay has been most helpful. Nothing is a bother to her. She is just so lovely to deal with. She helped us book our international flights including interchaging domestic flights. She is very knowledgeable. She even provided us with further info on how much wine we can take. 😄😆.
