Visited Craig Bourne 2/5/25. Excellent Customer Service- as we are a group travelling- Individualised each member of group travel requirements. Wonderful Experience/ Cannot wait to revisit and do more travel bookings with Craig
Craig went above and beyond to find me the best deal for my specific needs. I was overwhelmed by trying to get Christmas flights but Craig took control and relieved my stress by doing it all for me. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

Still waiting for Tyson to return my email following a query we had while overseas and not happy with some of the flights and additional charges we incurred also not happy with one of the hotels booked. Would have been nice for him to follow up but wasn’t the case. Home now but will not use Flight Centre again.
