This is the 5th trip in two years I have booked with Alexandra at Rockdale Flight Centre and she has continually been professional, friendly and so very helpful. The last one booked with girlfriends last month was a nightmare with so many changes to meet everyone's request. Alexandra was patient, provided suggestions and options and was just great through all the communication back and forth. Highly recommended

I recently visited Flight Centre Rockdale Plaza. When I walked in, there were three agents at the desk with no customers present. They all looked at each other as if deciding who should assist me. Eventually, Alexandra (supposed “Team Leader”) asked, “Can I help you?” with very little engagement and unable to even muster up a smile. Alexandra booked flights accommodation and rail trips in Europe for us. She is efficient knowledgeable and persistent when dealing with patchy internet coverage and problems accessing the rail website. We always use Flight Centre but this was our first time at the Rockdale office. I thoroughly recommend Flight Centre and Alexandra. Thank you.

Alex was fantastic. She helped plan a multi-city trip around the USA for my family and me, and it involved a huge amount of organising. She absolutely nailed it. We’ll definitely be using her again for all future holidays.
