My Travel Agent was Eliza and while she was very helpful in some areas I did need to do double checks and triple checks on documentation and deposits. Attention to detail (or lack there of). First my insurance was short paid, when I received the updated payment request it was for the full insurance and original deposit amount not just the shortfall. During my visit, I was assisted by Chris Walsh, whose level of professionalism fell well below what would reasonably be expected in a customer service environment.
