Very disappointing and stressful experience at Flight Centre Redbank Plains, Town Square. We requested changes to four Jetstar flights in writing, paid every amount requested and received a final Flight Centre invoice showing the correct dates and a zero balance. We were also told that the amendments had been completed through Jetstar’s website. Just days before travelling, we discovered that multiple flights had not actually been updated correctly.
