Fantastic experience with Chelsea shes amazing and helped us with flights, accoomodation, trains, boats and transfers. Nothing is ever too much bother for her. Then when we are close to going she has it all documented in order! She is a total gem!! Wouldnt go anywhere else! She also has a great sense of humour and warm personality. Very efficient!! I was put through to Jake via phone (im from Bendigo) and not only did he answer all questions but also guided me for what he felt was best but didnt pressure. Went in and met Chelsea to book a short Sydney trip. She said the computers were down and she took all the necessary details and would process later. I was ok with that. Nothing received. I followed up by email a week later and then 2 weeks later. No response!!?? I went elsewhere.
