Melanie was absolutely lovely and very helpful when assisting me with selecting flights that best suited my needs and timeframes and she took the time to answer all of my questions!
I came in today to ask about a trip I was planning and I was met with very poor customer service. I am not sure what her name was but she was a younger female who was incredibly unenthusiastic and looked like she did not want to be there. I felt very out of place, not only did she lack with her customer service she also did not bother to help me when I asked her for multiple deals, it honestly seemed like she looked at the first price and went with it. Very disappointing service.
Lauren did such an amazing job at assisting me and my family to book a family holiday to Fiji. She provided me all the information I needed and was quick and efficient at providing and adjusting quotes as needed. To top that despite being in Melbourne and I in Sydney she was still keen to help. Thank you Lauren for your professionalism. Highly recommend!
