We recently had a medical emergency & we had to cancel our Europe holiday, on the day we were supposed to fly. Tenille Fava - Assistant team leader from Pacific Fair was a great help cancelling our flights & arranged the refund for our airfares. She was very understanding & professional.
Zara has been fantastic to work with from start to finish. She has made the whole process so much easier and has always been friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. We are a family of six travelling to Athens, the Greek Islands, and Singapore for nearly a month, so there has been a lot to organise.
