I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and poor customer service, especially for a simple enquiry, and even worse after booking online they can’t help.. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to this Flight Centre for any future travel arrangements.
Met with the lovely Zara Galbraith who explained and answered all of my questions about our flights via Dubai, what with everything currently going on in the Middle East atm.
