Absolutely amazing service. I'm being death serious when I say Sara saved my life. She managed to rebook a missed flight, that was being charged as a no-show for almost $3000, completely FOR FREE!!! I'm so impressed and grateful, this trip to Colombia meant the world to me, my family and I saved up for so much time to buy the ticket and I was feeling like my world was falling into pices when the airline told me now I had to pay almost $3000 to find another alternative. I spoke with Zara and cannot speak more highly of her, as she was able to quickly pull together an itinerary at very short notice and was very accommodating of several changes. The service offered was exceptional, and did an amazing job of making the process stress-free, as I tend to worry about the details. My holiday turned out great, and the check-in after I returned was a nice touch. You are certainly in good hands if you get the chance to work with her.
I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and poor customer service, especially for a simple enquiry, and even worse after booking online they can’t help.. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to this Flight Centre for any future travel arrangements.
Met with the lovely Zara Galbraith who explained and answered all of my questions about our flights via Dubai, what with everything currently going on in the Middle East atm.
