There are Angels that appear when you need them and Simone at Flight Centre Orion is definitely one of them!!! I went to see her 24 hours before I had to leave. My initial booking had my name wrong and after a merry go round resulting in nothing, I went to Flight Centre in a frantic state and Simone advised, consoled and resolved my problem in a manner I can only say is extraordinary!!!
