A distressed man with an affected flight, looking for reassurance and a solution. I found it in Sarah "Pacey" Pace at Flight Centre, North Lakes. Looked into my problem and offered me a solution before the doors were even open. That is good, old school customer service of the kind one doesn't find much anymore. I was impressed by my first visit when I initially b booked my flight but, this was something else. Thank you Sarah for being my saviour in my time of need.
Jennifer is super helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend and return to book further travel plans.
