I made an online enquiry with flight centre, as we do not have a local store anymore. Jimmy from Mt Ommaney answered my enquiry. So helpful and quick. Made a last minute international booking, which had to be changed a number of times while I was overseas. All was sorted like it was no hassle at all, by Jimmy or his colleagues. Thank you so much Flight Centre Mt Ommaney. I will be back.

Visited the store today and there were three staff members present. Two were assisting customers and one was working on her computer. None of them acknowledged me when I walked in, not even a simple hello, eye contact, or a quick comment to say they would be with me shortly. I sat there for several minutes and still received no acknowledgment, so I decided to leave. Even as I left, it felt as though I didn’t exist. A basic greeting or brief acknowledgment would have made a big difference.
We had an excellent experience planning an upcoming trip with Ebony, who was able to find us a great price, and excellent connections, working creatively to ensure our needs were met. When an issue arose after the fact, with flight centres internal system, Ebony was able to navigate the issue and ultimately come to us with a resolution. We will undoubtedly be returning to Ebony next time we travel!
